We aim at providing products that are of quality and design that satisfy your expectations. But in case you require a refund or exchange, our procedure is made easy and user-friendly.

Eligible Conditions of Return

We respond to return requests on the following conditions:

Wrong Carpet Delivered:

In case you are supplied with a carpet that is not as per your order, our team will make sure that you are refunded or provided with an alternative carpet at no extra cost.

Damaged or Faulty Carpet:

In case the carpet is received with visible damages, defects, or not according to the agreed specifications, you can request a refund after confirmation by our staff.

Unused Carpets in Original Condition:

The change of mind returns are only accepted when the carpet is not used, not fitted, and in its original packaging. The requests should be made within 14 days of delivery.

Which Things Are Non-Returnable

We are unable to accept returns for the following carpets:

Bespoke Carpets:

Carpets that are prepared according to your size, design, or need cannot be refunded unless there is a fault on our part.

Discounted Price Carpets:

If you have purchased a carpet from our clearance sale or through a discount offer, we will not accept its return. However, if there is a defect on our part, it may be returned at the time of delivery.

Used Carpets:

When the carpet is installed or used, it cannot be returned except when a defect is detected on the spot.

How Does the Process of Return Work?

To return your carpet, you will need to follow these steps:

Step 1: Customer Support Team

Call (+971 54 431 4123) or email (Info@carpetindubai.ae) our team with your order details and the reason for return.

Step 2: Return Approval

Our crew will consider your request and send a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Step 3: Safe & Secure Packaging

Repack the product carefully in its original packaging along with all accessories and mention the RA number clearly.

Step 4: Refund or Replacement.

Once the returned carpet has been inspected, we either refund or replace it. The refunds are normally done in 7-14 working days.

Return Shipping Policy

Company Responsibility:

In case the carpet is returned due to a wrong or damaged case, we will pay the cost of shipping it back.

Customer Responsibility:

In case the return is occasioned by a change of preference, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
